Bus Accident Claim Complications

Bus accidents are devastating, just the sheer size of the bus being involved in an accident, with passengers that are not secured in their seats means there can be death and severe injuries. This can be a complicated event when filing a claim, because there can be more than one party at fault. The bus accident can be severe due to the number of passengers and the fact they do not have the protection of seatbelts or airbags to protect them in the event of a bus crash.

There can be the bus driver that was negligent, the bus company, the manufacturer with a flawed design or aftermarket part, the bus maintenance company and even another driver. This can be confusing for the person that was a passenger on the bus or a family member of someone that was fatally injured. The bus accident is a life changing event that can mean permanent injuries, costly hospital stays, surgeries and therapy.

One of the problems that can occur after a bus accident is the confusion of who was at fault and what occurred prior to the bus crash; usually the negligent parties do not want to take responsibility. This is why it is wise to have a bus accident attorney that is familiar with the laws that surround bus accidents.

Holding the negligent party responsible is complex and without the knowledge of the laws involving buses it will be a losing battle, because the bus company, manufacturer or maintenance company will all have experienced attorneys protecting them from claims that are filed after a bus crash. This is why an experienced bus accident attorney is needed to hold the negligent party responsible.

Many people depend on bus transportation to travel from one location to another and the laws specify the bus company must used care in the hiring and training of employees to ensure the safety of their passengers. They are also required to do proper maintenance on their buses and when this is not done properly, the bus company can be held negligent after a bus crash. There are other parties that can be held responsible and in some cases the agency that is responsible for caring for the roads can even be at fault.

The experienced bus accident attorney will have the resources to investigate the accident and hold the irresponsible parties accountable. This is an attorney that has a complete understanding of the laws that protect bus passengers.

I know this is just the topic that you were looking for to brighten up your day:
A select group of mortuaries in Southern California have a new piece of jewelry they will be offering to those who have made the decision to have a loved one cremated rather than the typical burial. With cremations on the rise this is one way of keeping sales figures from dropping with more people requesting cremation. The figures show that cremation has reached 34 percent nationwide, and as high as 55 percent in the state of California.
The new piece of jewelry being offered is the Eternity Heart Fine Memorial Jewelry, which unlike the cremation jewelry of the past that was cheaper made, this is quality jewelry in the shape of a heart and sporting gem stones of sapphire, crystals and diamonds (not sure if that means diamond hoops or not) that are placed in gold or platinum castings, similiar to the gold chain making process..
The hearts are made to hold remains of a loved one or a lock of hair behind a fine crystal window in the middle of the heart, the heart hangs from a thin chain and is handcrafted. The new cremation jewelry is made with the gold or platinum casting and fine jewels making it a piece of jewelry of sentimental value that can be passed from generation to generation.

In Golden State legal and criminal news, Charles C. Lynch, who was the owner of a marijuana dispensary. was sentenced to 1 year behind bars. All in all, Federal Judge George H. Wu talked a great deal to the defendent prior to his sentencing and lowered the normal mandatory 5 year sentence, yet stated that he could actually find no way around sending him off to the slammer. He also reiterated that the changed federal policy did not directly alter his decision. This man may have benefited from a superior criminal defense attorney, in my opinion. As it stands now, he was convicted last year for selling of medical marijuana from his dispensary to customers under the age of 21. By the way if you require a good Los Angeles criminal defense attorney then may I suggest Ramiro Luis. He is one of the best in that area available. Thomas P. O’Brien, who is the US District attorney for the Central District of California, stated that Lynch had violated the state laws, because he was not the customer’s main caregiver. He went on to state that Lynch provided no medical services other than the sale of marijuana. There are over one hundred marijuana dispensaries, most being in California that have been raided since the 1996 passing of Proposition 215 that allows medical marijuana. There are now about twelve or so dispensary owners that have received prison sentences and about 25 federal cases pending.

Kittens are the cutest little things.
Kittens are the cutest little things. Cat owners get all excited over seeing large-eared little kitties running and zigzagging about, and falling all over one another, but just like human babies they really don’t have an inkling about the world. They run basically on energy and get all revved up with excitement, and then just run, and jump without much forethought. So if you’re a new owner to one or more kittens, it’ll be up to you, to be your kitten’s guardian, to make sure you not only feed him the proper cat food, but to also make sure they don’t wind up getting into dangerous situations or getting hurt. Here are some quick tips on how to keep your kitten safe:

1. Keep your kittens in a kennel or an open-topped box filled with newspaper or a towel, to keep them out of trouble when you cannot keep an eye on them. If you’ve adopted two kittens, they will probably be fine with that, since they have company. If your kitten is by himself, and is meowing a lot, you may want to put in a small stuffed animal, or wrap up a ticking clock in a soft towel and put it in the box to soothe him.

2. Purchase cat food that is especially for kittens as you want to make sure that they are not only getting the proper nutrition but that the morsels are the right size and that they won’t hurt your kitten’s new teeth. Depending on how old your kittens are, you may be restricted to a certain type of cat food. Check with your veterinarian. I highly recommend a premium cat food such as Life’s Abundance. It is a top rated premium grade cat food which is formulated by Dr. Jane Bicks.

3. Keep your kittens away from other pets until they are old enough to have strong immune systems. Depending on how old your kitten is they may be more susceptible to sickness, and because they may not have received all of their vaccinations this makes them even more vulnerable. So segregate your kittens from any other pets you have, especially if those other pets are exposed to other animals on a regular basis.

In investment related news, the A&B Properties Corporation, which is a large real estate subsidiary of the Alexander & Baldwin Corporation,
has just sold Venture Oaks, which is a large (100,000 square-foot, 5-story) office structure in Sacramento. They have officially sold this particular property to KBS City Gate Plaza, Limited Liability Company, according to the press release.
All in all, they intend to put the proceeds from this sale to work, on a tax-deferred rollover, in replacement properties which have a higher profit ceiling overall.
They are located in the Gateway Ctr. district of South Natomas in the inland empire. The commercial property’s main tenant, occupying almost ninety percent of the building, is the State Compensation Insurance Fund, according to the report.
They will still have real estate in Kauai, Hawaii plus 8 additional states, including Sacramento.
By the way, here are a few facts about this firm: A&B is headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii and is engaged in ocean transportation as well as logistics services through its subsidiaries. Specifically, for it’s real estate through the A&B Properties corporation and in food products through Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company plus the Kauai Coffee Company, Corporation.
They have been involved in Kauai real estate for some time. It is not known at this time if they will sell off any of their Hawaii or Kauai real estate holdings any time soon. They have issued no statements about their Hawaii and kauai holdings in connection with their Sacramento sale so we will have to wait and see.

These charges stem from an incident that occurred in November when Osnes age 55 was walking across an intersection according to police, when Jassy driving an SUV drove into the crosswalk.

In San Francisco legal news, According to reports murder charges and attempted murder charges have been brought by the San Francisco Prosecutors Office for a double shooting in Bernal Heights against alleged suspect Max Reyes.

The police have stated that the shooting occurred in the unit block of Fair Avenue in the vicinity of Mission Street at approximately 8:20 p.m. The shooting took place inside the home of John Rogers age 36 who was killed during the incident and another person present during the shooting that was wounded and later transported to the hospital. Police have stated this person who remains unidentified is expected to fully recover.
In a statement from the police they believe that their were two people present during the time of the shooting along with Rogers and the unidentified person who was shot. By the way if you live in San Francisco and need a great San Francisco Personal Injury attorneythen I recommend the Law Offices of one Scott Righthand. He is quite simply an elite San Francisco personal Injury attorney.

Twenty four year old Max Reyes has been arrested and charged by prosecutors with murder, attempted murder, burglary, robbery and assault with a firearm. According to the District Attorney’s Office has stated Reyes has also been charged with possession of marijuana for sale. Reyes is expected to be arraigned shortly on the charges in the San Francisco Superior court according to the prosecutors office.

In rather strange and disconcerting news coming out of the southern part of the state, Rachelle Carlock was accused of being involved in the bombing at the San Diego Federal Courthouse a few months prior. Her odd array of excuses have run the whole gamut and have ranged from “ I think it was put there to send a message” to “ I don’t know why I did it.” In addition to pinning the blame on the other criminal defendent who has also been booked for th crime. It will be fascinating to observe just what kind of defense that her attorney formulates for this trial. Perhaps she will attempt to claim that it all some sort of an accident?
However I do think that the principle of being innocent untill proven guilty is the prudent course here, despite how bad the evidence looks for her.
All in all, the pair and the driver of the get away auto likewise bombed a FedEx office over near 47th Street and federal Boulevard in the Webster area in March. The initial bombing they were possible involved in was at a hardware store. The owner then called San Diego Fire Rescue Department and conversed with a bomb-squad detective.

Meanwhile, in out-of-state news (specifically Hawaii), according to various media reports a motorcyclist that was involved in a Kaumualii Highway crash on the beautiful garden island of Kauai was airlifted to Queens Medical Center on Oahu.

The bike was struck by a Nissan vehicle that was making a left turn driven by a fifty year old female going from the westbound lane of the road.

According to officials the motorcycle rider was not wearing a helmet at the time of the tragic and was transported to Wilcox Hospital for treatment and then airlifted to Queens Medical Center. By the way if you are in Hawaii and you need to find a great Hawaii Nissan dealer then might I recommend King Windward Nissan, they are one of the top ones in the state.

All in all, traffic on the Kaumualii Highway was diverted until about 10:00 p.m. in the eastbound lanes after the accident. These kinds of accidents appear to be becoming a bit more common in Hawaii, although it is still safer than many states.

In some tragic headline news coming out of the San Diego region, according to several local sources a knife attack which went down at a gas station concerning a pair of men who were, sadly, stabbed, has concluded with the detention of an eighteen-year-old suspect. These specific attacks were reported at 7:30 p.m. or so at the service station right near Jamacha Road and Fury Lane. Wow, just when you thought it was safe to go pump some gas again.

When the authorities responded to the crime scene there, they found a twenty-one and twenty-two year old male who were both stabbed. According to local police, the motive behind the attacks was not as of yet known. The officers at the scene of the crime found an eighteen-year-old suspect, and he was arrested right away and taken to the police station. He was then booked on some extremely severe criminal charges and could spend a very long time in prison if he is convicted. Of course, all defendents are assumed to be innocent unless they are actually convicted of a crime, and he has not been yet.

All told, the authorities involved in this violent case pointed it out that one of the victims was wounded in the left shoulder, while the other one was wounded in the left leg. Both victims were treated at the scene of the attack by emergency personnel from the San Miguel Fire Protection District. After being treated at the scene the men were transported to separate San Diego hospitals. By the way if you happen to live in San Diego or elsewhere in the Southern California area and you need a superb san diego tumescent liposuction surgeon I would like to suggest the more than competent practice of Susan Kaweski, MD,FACS. All in all, their awesome reputation which precedes them basically means they have enhanced or improved the appearance of thousands of San Diego-area residents, and can help you as well. They are simple some of the best San Diego tumescent liposuction surgeons working in Southern California, in my humble opinion. You may also call them to recieve and estimate and consultation.

In criminal legal news coming out of Los Angeles, A man identified as Ronald Leroy Berg, age 72, and resident of Westlake was arrested for possibly fatally stabbing his wife. According to various reports by the Los Angeles Police Department, the suspect walked out of his apartment unit in the 300 block of South Commonwealth Avenue when authorities responded to a call about a stabbing.
by the way should you happen to require a first rate Los Angeles criminal defense attorney might I suggest the Law Offices of Ramiro Luis. He is a top Los Angeles criminal defense attorney operating in Southern California and is standing by to help with abroad range of different types of criminal related cases including identity theft, White Collar Crimes or web related criminal activity.
When police entered the apartment they found Violeta Alonte Monleon Berg age 69 lying on the floor with multiple stab wounds. According to the Los Angeles Police Violeta was pronounced dead at the apartment unit where the assault occured.
Violeta was married to Berg for around 20 years or so and when the suspect in question discovered that she was going to dump him it is alleged he then killed her according to the officials.
He was arrested and then booked on murder charges and is being held in lieu of the $1 million dollar bail that was set for him. This guy really needs a good attorney.
